We use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Strong Interest Inventory (SII) to help you understand how your personality and interests make a difference in your choice of satisfying occupations.  They provide insight into why you do things the way you do and the kinds of environments you will most enjoy and thrive in.  These assessments may be taken online through a link to Leap Ahead’s portal.  Career reports will be generated and personally interpreted for you by qualified career development specialists at Leap Ahead Professional Development, along with support in applying the results of the assessments to your personal career plan.

360 Degree Leadership Assessment

Leadership is learned.  The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), developed by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner with 30+ years of research, provides a look at your leadership behavior through the eyes of those who work closest with you.  Personal coaching with Leap Ahead’s professional team will help you gain clearer understanding of the leadership behaviors you would like to improve, set goals, and practice changes that will propel your career to the next level.
